Our machine shop is equipped to work with a variety of materials including stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, aluminum, brass, bronze alloys, copper, iron and titanium. We also work with acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), acrylic, fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), nylon, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), HDPE and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) .
We offer a range of services including CNC machining, milling, turning, drilling, tapping, broaching, knurling, boring, countersinking, reaming, automatic sawing, slotting and thread rolling and more.
Assembly, deburring, plating, passivating, heat treating, centerless grinding, anodizing and laser marking are also provided.
